The Opportunity

  • Effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of robust data governance frameworks, integrating data models and tools.
  • Delve into complex data sets to produce actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for strategic change.
  • Design engaging dashboards, reports, and visualizations to cater to client needs and facilitate insight digestion.
  • Monitor trends, patterns, and correlations within large data sets, including semantic layer modeling and performance considerations.
To Qualify for the Role
  • Proven experience as a data or insights analyst, or equivalent academic background.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Qlik.
  • Strong skills in SQL development, data modeling, and analysis.
  • A solid understanding of common data warehousing, management, archival, and structuring techniques.
  • Proficiency in statistics and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with large data sets, databases, and data environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ideal Experience
  • Successful engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4 background, including direct client interaction.
  • Delivery experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data, or analytics projects.
