Bar Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Lucas Restaurants. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of service and bar operations
- Lead a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the bar area
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a premium venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Experience with ordering and stock take is advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest-focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- A valid RSA certificate
