About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant in our health food store located in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and participating in the day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales
  • Assist with ordering, stock handling, and other general store duties
  • Develop a keen interest in the complementary health care industry and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to maintain high standards of the store
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
