Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of statutory interpretation and administrative law to inform policy and program design.
  • Manage complex legal claims and disputes, leveraging advocacy skills to achieve successful outcomes.
Eligibility criteria
  • Australian or equivalent overseas law degree.
  • Admission as a legal practitioner in an Australian Court.
  • Eligibility for a restricted Government practising certificate.
