The electrical engineering field is a pivotal part of delivering successful projects. The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a key role in ensuring excellence in design, documentation and execution.

Job Description
  • Lead, design and deliver electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain relationships throughout project lifecycles.

This position oversees the coordination with stakeholders, mentors junior staff and promotes best practices to uphold technical standards, regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Electrical Engineering Project Leadership: Deliver electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  2. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and foster strong working relationships.
  3. Project Invoicing: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in project invoicing processes.
  4. Electrical Service Design: Produce and review detailed electrical service designs and documentation.
  5. Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders during all project phases.
  6. Drafter Supervision: Supervise and mentor drafters, ensuring quality and accuracy in documentation.
  7. Effective Coordination: Coordinate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across disciplines.
  8. Resource Optimization: Drive optimal use of engineering tools and resources to meet client requirements.
  9. Quality Delivery: Deliver projects within defined timeframes, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  10. Strategic Alignment: Align engineering efforts with broader company goals and strategic priorities.
  11. Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers through technical support and project leadership.
  12. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of project activities and stakeholder communications.
  13. Compliance: Comply with all applicable standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
