As a leader in the finance team, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office, overseeing financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and team management skills, with previous experience in a fast-paced hotel environment at a management level. You must have a proven track record of outstanding guest satisfaction and be able to create memorable moments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff performance across multiple departments
  • Driving financial results and achieving operational objectives
  • Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOPs
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and managing budgets and expenditure
