Key Areas of Support:
  • Catholic Identity: We guide schools in deepening their spiritual formation and promoting a contemporary Catholic and/or Ecumenical perspective.
  • Educative Leadership: Our team provides leadership and support to principals, focusing on effective leadership and building high-performing cultures through the development of principals' and school teams' capability in effective teaching practices.
  • Professional Learning and Teaching Practice: We monitor, evaluate, and promote high-quality learning and teaching to improve student learning outcomes.
  • School Management: We assist principals in fulfilling their management and reporting responsibilities while providing direction and guidance on school-based issues, critical incidents, financial management, external reporting, and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To excel in this role, you will possess exceptional leadership skills, including strategic vision, effective communication, and the ability to build high-performing cultures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in educational leadership or a related field.
