Site Management Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily construction operations to ensure that project schedules and quality benchmarks are met. Effective management of contractors and subcontractors is crucial in upholding contractual obligations, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, as well as schedules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction budgets in conjunction with external quantity surveyors, including regular reporting of detailed cost centers actuals and forecast costs.
  • Coordinate technical execution across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other specialty disciplines to resolve site-level design and construction issues.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure robust site compliance to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
