About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Labourer to join our team at Telum, specializing in ground engineering solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for site preparation, manual laboring, and handling duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site preparation and manual laboring
  • Liaising with supervisors and leading hands
  • Lead drilling or offside drilling, depending on experience
  • All aspects of grouting
  • Vertical steel fixing or learning to develop existing skills
  • Assisting the shotcrete nozzleman
  • Machine operation for those ticketed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a civil construction/earthwork/ground stabilisation industry
  • Steel fixing, concreting, grouting, drilling experience highly regarded
  • EWP (High Risk) & Working at Heights ticket highly regarded
  • Machine or Dogman tickets desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable with being taught the ins/outs of our client's industry
