Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to work with our interdisciplinary team to provide assessment, intervention, and support to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and families, and will be committed to delivering evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address children's needs
- Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers to enhance their ability to support their child's communication development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
- Provisional or full Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
