Job Description
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team. You'll engage and supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe environment for them, their families, and colleagues. Your strong relationships with children and families will be built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Engage with children, families, and colleagues to build positive relationships and ensure a sense of belonging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment that supports children's well-being and development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, am-pm.
- The ability to travel between local services as required.
