Ecommerce Trade Manager
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital innovation, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day trading and content for global ecommerce websites and apps.
- Lead online performance strategies to drive revenue, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, buying and external partners for seamless campaign and site execution.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and email initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Support the development of ecommerce strategy and execution of growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a content and merchandise specialist.
- Ensure high site functionality, hygiene, and performance standards.
Our ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience in ecommerce, including at least 1.5 years in a trading manager role.
We are looking for a candidate with strong commercial understanding and performance-driven mindset.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Shopify, GA4, SEO, and ecommerce best practices.
They should be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent project management and communication skills are essential for this role.
A background in fashion or beauty B2C environments would be beneficial.
