English Teacher Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our team of committed professionals.

This is a contract position, with a 0.8 full-time equivalent (FTE) appointment.

The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of the NESA English curriculum and be able to teach senior secondary courses effectively.

  • Teach English classes to secondary age students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve academic goals

While experience in teaching International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) would be an advantage, it is not essential.
