Electrical Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Planner to join our dynamic Maintenance Team. This pivotal role is responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of electrical maintenance activities across site.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed maintenance plans for electrical systems, covering preventative, corrective, and shutdown activities. They will also coordinate scheduled works with operations and other trades, review and continuously improve completed job plans and task lists, and ensure all planning activities comply with site safety procedures and electrical regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • An Electrical Trade Qualification
  • 3-5 years' experience in electrical maintenance within mining or heavy industry
  • A solid understanding of mining electrical systems (HV/LV, VSDs, MCCs, etc.)
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safety and knowledge of relevant electrical safety regulations
