About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during your shift. This includes supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is opened and closed on time, and that all shifts are supervised.
  • Team Management: Provide clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to team members, and assist in their training and onboarding.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at the registers, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy, and ensure that shelves are stocked with products.
  • Safety and Security: Identify and report any incidents or hazards, and take steps to prevent them.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

Working Hours

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be required to work in the evenings and on weekends as part of the store management team.
