The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of technical design documents, conducting testing throughout the development process, and identifying potential issues to report back to development teams. Additionally, they will prepare and execute test plans, lead and mentor team members, and drive quality output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, sequence, track, and report project status and outcomes
  • Understanding of banking and finance concepts (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
