Job Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced vet nurses to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care under busy conditions, work independently and as part of a team in a supportive, established environment, participate in ongoing professional development and training, and rotate shifts across a 24/7 roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care under pressure.
- Work effectively as an individual contributor and team player.
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing education and skill-building.
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a general practice or referral/emergency setting.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- A friendly, easy-going nature combined with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in anaesthetic monitoring and critical care advantageous.
