As a Digital Design Specialist at Virtual Coworker, you will be working on various design projects to help our clients achieve their goals. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

• Develop innovative designs for reports, presentations, social media, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals that align with our brand and our clients' needs.

Brand Consistency:

• Enhance brand aesthetics across all design outputs by applying brand guidelines and best practices.

Attention to Detail & Execution:

• Deliver high-quality designs with a strong eye for detail—no missed alignments, typos, or inconsistencies.

• Follow creative direction carefully and incorporate feedback accurately.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with our team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.

• Clearly communicate design ideas and adjust based on feedback.

Project Management:

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

• Organize and maintain digital design assets efficiently.

Requirements


• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate/business design.

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in Canva.

• Deep understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Excellent attention to detail—someone who catches small errors before they go live.

• Strong ability to follow instructions while also bringing creative ideas to the table.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote environment.
