**Empowering Customer Experiences**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Midland Gate store.

This part-time role involves working 6 hours per week on a Friday and Sunday roster. As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and customer service, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive and personalized service
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
