  • Fitter/Mechanical Trade experience preferred.
  • Experience in Hydraulics/Mechanical Background an advantage.
  • Full product and job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers.
  3. Provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.
  4. Travel to sites within Ballarat and surrounding areas to replace hoses or complete new installation work on machinery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics.
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately.
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
  • Team player with ability to arrange and plan priorities.
  • Anticipate problems and be proactive in finding solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer service.
  • Knowledge of OHS and Safe Work Practices.
  • Medically fit for the task.
  • Well-presented and groomed.
  • Trade certificate required.
  • Current Manual Driver's License and willingness to obtain LR License.
  • Flexibility with working hours, as after-hours availability is necessary.
  • Currently living in/near or willing to relocate to Ballarat.
  • Industry knowledge and product familiarity.
  • Sales experience an advantage.
