Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and other support services
  • Work collaboratively with Enrolled & Registered Nurses to provide clinical and personal care to residents
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress
  • Participate in ongoing individualised training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (desired)
  • Medication Assist Competency (desired)
  • Understanding of Aged Care principles and Residents' rights and responsibilities
  • Dedicated commitment to caring for older people to live their best lives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with availability of days and shift times

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
