Role Overview
The Director Finance Business Partnering role is responsible for leading a team that provides financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budgeting, analysis, identifying variances and tailored forecasting to the business groups.

Key Accountabilities
1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with executive and general managers
2. Analyse and report on financial data to inform business decisions
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex financial issues
4. Develop and implement financial models to support business planning
5. Lead a team and provide coaching and development opportunities
6. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
