About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Pool Safety Professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure in NSW, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to contribute to ensuring the safety of our patrons in aquatic facilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for Day-to-Day Pool Operations within our facility, focusing on maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. This includes possessing a passion for water safety, being energetic and dynamic, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities. They will also possess current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificates, as well as a National Police Check and Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining pool operations and ensuring a safe environment for patrons
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with diverse groups
  • Working mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
