About this role
  • Design and implement reusable UI components using Angular, TypeScript, and CSS to ensure a consistent and scalable UI across all products.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to enhance frontend quality and performance.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, usability issues, and frontend bugs across the platform.
  • Participate in architecture discussions to help shape the frontend direction of our platform.

RequirementsMandatory qualifications
  • A tertiary degree in computer science or engineering (or related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience working with frontend frameworks and technologies - JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular/React/Vue.
  • Ability to write efficient and reusable UI components.
  • Experience working with a design system.
  • Knowledge of automated testing for frontend code.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Unix or Linux operating systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a proven track record of learning new technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-have qualifications
  • Expertise in Angular and RxJS.
  • Understanding of key design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Experience with page speed optimization.
