Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Max Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering language, literacy, and numeracy skills training to our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult education and skills development, with experience in delivering training programs to diverse groups of students. You will be responsible for conducting pre-training assessments, implementing training programs, and maintaining a student-centered approach.

• Deliver language, literacy, and numeracy skills training to students
• Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training programs
• Maintain a student-centered approach and identify barriers to learning
• Use effective learning techniques to engage students and promote positive outcomes

• Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education
• Undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent
• Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
