About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Developer to join our team at CYOS Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the design and development of high-quality automation solutions to support our business and technical automation test requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality automation solutions to support business and technical automation test requirements.
  • Solve complex application problems and build change automation requirements as part of the sprint cycle.
  • Exercise independence and undertake knowledge sharing and coaching of junior staff.
  • Work closely with Software Architects, Technical Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Analysts, and Testers to build simple, helpful, respectful, and transparent services for everyday Australians.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months working experience in an Agile Environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automation Developer.
  • Demonstrated experience/skills in developing Automation frameworks, test scripts, using applications and tools such as GitLAB, Cucumber, Gattling, and Selenium.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Automation tools, execution, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop automation Java scripting of complex test cases.
  • Very good communication skills with a range of stakeholders, from Business/Technical backgrounds to senior management.
