Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our brand, product development, and communications teams.

This is a maternity leave replacement, expected to last 12-to-14 months.

You will partner with our Executive Leadership Team to shape the future of our organization as we grow and evolve.

The successful candidate will be passionate about our brand and its potential, able to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strong, long-term business strategies to drive growth and love for our brand.
  • Leading the team, including brand management, product development, packaging design, and marketing communications.
  • Owning and delivering our overall communication strategy, from Masterbrand through to tactical product campaigns, retailer media, and social activity.
  • Overseeing total portfolio strategy, including owning and delivering on our two-year innovation and continuous improvement pipeline.
  • Driving go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and launch plans.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
  • Previous experience leading an agile and engaged marketing team.
  • A proven track record in building and executing long-term marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in brand management and innovation.
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen.
