ICT Manager

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to lead the planning, implementation and optimization of complex information and communication technology systems.

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan and oversee the acquisition, deployment and maintenance of core ICT infrastructure (e.g. networks, cloud systems).
  • Lead cross-functional teams managing systems administration, helpdesk, infrastructure support and ICT operations.
  • Evaluate and select new technologies, tools and vendors for ICT infrastructure projects or service delivery models.
  • Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery readiness and business continuity compliance.
  • Oversee ICT security protocols, data governance and regulatory compliance in collaboration with cyber and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with business leaders to identify ICT needs, recommend digital solutions and guide implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive ICT management experience, preferably across infrastructure, networks or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong understanding of ICT service delivery, network operations, system architecture and emerging tech trends.
