Azure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Azure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to spearhead cloud-first solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform modules to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Migrate workloads, including Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) and server lift-and-shift, while ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Configure Azure AD Connect for seamless hybrid identity integrations, promoting secure access to resources.
  • Contribute to solution design, best practices, and documentation, driving innovation and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience writing Terraform modules to manage Azure resources, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Solid background in Azure cloud architecture, networking, and IaaS/PaaS, enabling expertise in designing robust infrastructure solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect and identity integration, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.
  • Proven success in Azure VDI or server workload migration, demonstrating ability to drive projects forward with minimal disruption.
  • Familiarity with Azure Database Services (e.g., SQL, Synapse) is an added advantage, showcasing versatility in database management.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory, highlighting proficiency in data processing and analytics.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks, demonstrating ability to adapt to DevOps methodologies.
