We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager and Horticulture Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service and installations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service, effective stock management, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Assist the Plantscape Consultant on bespoke designs and deliver on project installations.
- Operational Planning: Implement the regional annual operational plan and monitor and review service and installation productivity rates.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises and ensure Company service practices are met.
- Customer Service: Proactively resolve customers' issues and develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train the Service Team to achieve targets and ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable, and clean condition.
- 3 or more years of experience within the service industry, preferably in Horticulture.
- Prior experience working within the Plant Hire industry is preferred.
- Experience with a startup will be highly considered.
- High level of communications and commercial experience.
- The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards.
