About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our IT project delivery team. As a key member of our Stores Technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong technical skills, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
