  • Supporting Residents: Providing clinical assessments, developing and implementing care plans in consultation with the clinical team and residents, and ensuring completion of clinical documentation.">
  • Clinical Specialisation: Providing high-quality clinical care, leading improvements in team knowledge and skill application, and developing and utilising a specialised area of practice to enhance resident care.">
  • Quality and Improvement: Promoting best practices, supporting employees in providing the highest quality of care, educating Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge, and ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation.">
  • Professional Practice: Maintaining current professional practice and ongoing development, complying with statutory regulations and standards of practice as a Registered Nurse, identifying and promoting networking opportunities to support professional practice, working safely to minimise risks to self and others, and participating in Return to Work plans following workplace injuries.">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Essential Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of experience, clinical leadership in an Aged Care setting, demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning principles, postgraduate qualifications in a specialised clinical area related to aged care, and one year experience working in the area of the postgraduate qualification or aged care.">
  • Essential Competencies: Understanding and appreciation of our organisation's values, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.">
