Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Analyst/Administrator to join our team in Port Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will provide facilities management helpdesk services within the National Operations Control Centre (NOCC) team, responsible for a number of operational accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and manage information and data to provide advice on policy for Planned, Reactive and Minor works.
  • Provide policy advice in the methodology for work order creation, coordinating sub-contractors, client liaison, and work order completion.
  • Ensure accurate logging of jobs and data in system.
  • Engage authorised external contractors to attend managed sites as required to ensure required works are attended to within KPI response and resolution times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in building services or project facilities management.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, multi task and manage a high volume of work.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of company structure, systems and processes.
  • Exceptional customer and supplier management skills.
  • Strong computer systems skills including Microsoft Suite and other programs associated with Facilities Management.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 p.a + Super. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
