About the role

Senior Civil Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our team and provide technical and design capability to the Civil & Structural team across APAC.

The role offers excellent opportunities for learning, expanding technical knowledge and career advancement, including:

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a positive and engaging culture, sharing ideas, and collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

The right candidate should have:

  • 6+ years' experience in civil design, preferably in consulting.
  • An Advanced diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with either 12d or Civil3D design packages.
  • Strong civil design knowledge and demonstrated experience delivering on time and on budget.
  • A thorough understanding of drafting standards, with experience in road and local authority standards.
  • Experience in leading the delivery of civil design and documentation packages across multiple sectors.
  • Competency in designing built environment and infrastructure projects, including bulk earthworks, roads, water and sewer infrastructure, and stormwater drainage from concept to construction stages of projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share ideas with the team.
