The Store Environment

Our stores are vibrant and dynamic environments where our customers can come and experience the latest adidas products and innovations. As a Retail Professional, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that encourages customers to explore and interact with our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by being aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  2. Ensure that the store's visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained and executed throughout the sales floor.
  3. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

What We Look For:
We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sport, fashion, and innovation. You'll need to have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
