About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Fitter to join our team in Frankston and surrounding areas. As a Glass Fitter, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing various types and sizes of precut glass in our company assets.

You will work independently, using your mathematical and literacy skills to plan your day and complete tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with the general public and work with a team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous glass installation experience or a willingness to learn the industry
  • Good mathematical and literacy skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised once you have a good understanding of the job
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and punctuality
  • Comfortable working from ladders and using power tools and hand tools to a high standard
  • Availability to work on-call at times, including after-hours work
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Fitness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to be part of a progressive company
