SEO Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing and digital team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimisation techniques.

  • The role involves designing and executing SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • You will conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover optimisation opportunities.
  • Implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements is also key to this role.
  • Analysing performance data and producing actionable insights using analytics tools is another essential skill.
  • You will partner with content, development, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practice into all digital initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience delivering successful SEO campaigns with significant organic traffic growth.
  • A strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimisation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Brightedge and Google Search Console (Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a bonus).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, juggling multiple priorities.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
