Job Summary

KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned program manager to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-impact projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in resource management, strategic planning, and process improvement will be essential in driving business outcomes and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, customers, and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
  • Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills
  • Professional certification in program management, such as PMP or CFM
  • Experience working in 24/7 mission-critical environments, supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and experience with contract management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with business strategy and developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Knowledge of process improvement models, such as LEAN/Six Sigma or ISO 9000
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects
  • Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating, and executing support to special events
