About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Tradesperson to join our skilled team. As a key member of our landscape construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.
  • Conduct thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.
  • Expertly handle planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Install various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
  • Perform general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
  • Work in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
  • Prioritize workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
  • Facilitate the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction or related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping.
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable).
  • White Card.
