Job Title: Senior Financial Accounts Officer

Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounts Officer to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Team to undertake a wide range of finance and accounting related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions for multiple entities;
  • Prepare month-end financial reports for management review;
  • Prepare Business Activity Statements for multiple entities;
  • Manage debtor collections and bank reconciliations;
  • Process prepayments, accruals, and depreciation journals;
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts;
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures;
  • Provide ad-hoc financial information as requested;
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or senior bookkeeping roles;
  • Accountant qualification (CA or CPA) is advantageous;
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting or considerable workplace experience in similar roles;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively;
  • A mature, self-disciplined, and positive disposition with the ability to work as part of a team and independently;
