As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Help keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Ability to use a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • Clean valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Forklift license is advantageous but not essential
