Immerse Yourself in Bathroom Retail Excellence

We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our showroom team in Thornton.

About the Role:

  • To support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely

Your Profile:

  • You have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships and helping customers
  • You might not have experience in bathrooms, but are energetic, take initiative and are willing to learn and grow
  • You are comfortable with technology and happy to learn new systems
  • You are open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • You want to develop your career - either locally, within our network or head office
