Our team is seeking skilled Registered and Clinical Midwives to deliver exceptional midwifery services in a variety of health settings.

We value candidates with foundational knowledge and skills, who can grow professionally through continuous development and hands-on experience.

Role Overview:
  • As a Registered Midwife (RN/M1), you will provide high-quality care and build your expertise through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • As a Clinical Midwife (RN/M2C), you will lead clinical teams, guide less experienced staff, and contribute to the development of midwifery practice.

Both roles are essential to delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Key Requirements:
  • RN/M1: Current registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a valid practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in relevant midwifery practices and effective use of technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • RN/M2C: At least 3 years of post-registration experience, with a strong background in midwifery leadership and direction.
  • Proven ability to guide student midwives and less experienced registered midwives, with a focus on developing their skills and confidence.
  • Experience with leadership and portfolio responsibilities, aligned with career development plans.
  • Effective use of computer packages, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
