Line Maintenance Supervisor Job Overview

This role involves leading the line maintenance team at our Melbourne base, overseeing compliance with Engineering Procedures and Certification requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining engineering infrastructure to meet R.P.T. timetable commitments.
  • Delivering general support of the broader RPT network operations.
  • Coordinating manpower, equipment, tooling, data, and aeronautical products for timely completion of maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, be able to manage a close-knit team, and work unsupervised.

They will also have demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility, experience in Airline Operations, and ability to adhere to deadlines in a high-workload environment.
