About this role

I-MED Radiology Network is a leading diagnostic imaging provider in Australia, with a network of clinics across the country. We offer a range of medical imaging services, including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, and interventional procedures.

We are currently seeking a Radiographer to join our team at our Townsville clinic. As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for managing patients and operating medical imaging equipment, delivering high levels of patient care and service, and developing strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage patients and operate medical imaging equipment
  • Deliver high levels of patient care and service
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Promote and maintain the highest quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
  • Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and AHRPA registration
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster and flexibility with regards to weekend work
