Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Turner & Townsend.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and maintaining payroll records for 1,000 employees. The successful candidate will have experience in a corporate organization, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with ease. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to collaborate effectively with HR and finance departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll via an outsource provider, preparing pay run variances, and checking reports. You will also maintain and update employee payroll records, assist with senior payroll officer tasks, and perform leave audits as required.
