Job Description

The Role

Casual rate: $35.98 - $38 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

We are looking for a Retention Campaign Assistant to assist in the weekly customer campaign workflows across the team. You will provide coordination and deployment of campaigns, supporting the wider administrative functions of the team to ensure timely campaign execution.

Please note this is a casual role and you should be available for about 22.8 hours per week and open to collaborating at our head office in Osborne Park.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a weekly rhythm of building and scheduling multi-channel campaigns using existing marketing tools via Optimove.
  • Replicate campaign results from Optimove and communicate success measures to the Customer Retention team for various customer campaigns.
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as creating customer lists, maintaining data, updating weekly campaign schedules, sending emails for campaign approvals, etc.
  • Seek to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the role and the services managed.
  • Assist and create innovative new ways of working in an agile environment.
Skills and Qualifications

About You

  • You have a basic understanding of marketing deployment technologies.
  • Intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A basic understanding of customer data and the various customer data fields.
  • A basic understanding of customer preference management (opt in/out).
  • Possession of or working towards a relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience or background within the wagering industry.
