Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and analytical skills to improve the commercial margins and overall profitability of our Assistance business. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis and reporting, providing strategic financial consultation to senior leaders, and maintaining oversight of financial ledgers.

Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering timely, accurate monthly management reports and financial analysis, managing budgets and forecasts, and providing strategic financial consultation to optimise financial outcomes and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in preparation and delivery of financial analysis, cost benefit analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with an ability to influence decisions based on data.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on building relationships.
  • Working knowledge of financial and business intelligence systems.
