About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ampol Limited as a Customer Service Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving Customers: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Store Presentation: You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our store, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming to our customers.
- Stock Management: You will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- General Housekeeping: You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning toilets, shelves, and floors.
- Compliance: You will be responsible for understanding and complying with Ampol's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will be a team player, able to work unsupervised, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Computer Literacy: You will have a good level of computer literacy, with the ability to use our systems and software.
