The Opportunity

We're seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team at our Sandy Bay store. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, working closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain our consistent standards.

  • Produce a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets, to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts, including early mornings and public holidays.
